Bake
Recently I became the owner of the Gorenje BM1600WG bread machine. I will leave my review.

I took it for baking homemade bread and making yogurt.

I use it constantly.

She baked white, rye, whole grain bread (according to recipes from the instructions). Everyone at home likes it. I no longer buy store bread. Even the cat begs for bread as if it were a sausage.

The bread maker bakes evenly, the crumb is dense, moderately moist, but not soggy, rises high (for white), is well cut with a knife, does not crumble.

Bread is stored for a long time (about a week, if it survives), does not grow moldy, like a store one. I store it in the refrigerator.

A bread maker is very convenient for a busy person. In the evening after work, I threw the ingredients, by 9-10 pm the bread is ready, in the morning you can already eat (we don't eat hot bread).

I also baked buns with raisins according to my own recipe, calculated the proportions similar to the recipes according to the instructions, the taste is very similar to Easter cake.

In it, I cook yogurt from 3 liters of milk, it turns out great. I cook once a week, this amount is enough for a family until next time. Only it is better to take homemade milk, it is fatter, the yogurt turns out to be thick, it is separated with a spoon, there will be nothing from the store, but it turns out thinner and not so tasty (take milk with a higher fat content). I take starter cultures in the super or at the pharmacy. I set the yogurt to cook overnight (8 hours mode).

In general, I am satisfied with the purchase. )

I also plan to bake yeast-free bread, but so far I am only studying the issue of it.

I wish all the owners of this bread machine successful and delicious pastries!

I want to try to bake a capital cupcake, but the recipe indicates a baking time of 1.5 hours, and I only have a baking mode for 1 hour .. Can I somehow correct the baking time in this mode?

By the way, in the Baking mode, I baked a cottage cheese casserole from 1.5 kg of cottage cheese, I had to put it on this mode 2 times, the first time it was not baked, in total it was baked for 2 hours. But it turned out great.
Although, I think it would be faster in the oven.

I am reporting.

I use a bread maker 1-2 a week exclusively for baking bread. I choose the smallest loaf - 1200g.
I bake wheat, rye-wholegrain-wheat and Borodino. Two loaves of different types of bread are enough for a week.

Since buying a bread machine, we don't eat purchased bread, I don't even know how much it costs now in the store.

I really like homemade bread! It does not stale, does not grow moldy and the taste is not in comparison with the purchased one, just perfect!

The whole family is happy.

I have been baking bread by hand for the second year already. I prefer long-fermented bread. I chose this model because of the ability to program, pause, and the shape of the loaf. The disadvantage of this model is a very short service life (judging by the reviews, it dies after a year of daily use, which makes the cost of bread quite high) At today's price for this model, almost 9500, the depreciation of the equipment is 26 rubles per cycle. Knowing this, I paid for an additional guarantee.
In this thread I will publish the results of my successful experiments, as I master HP

Baked another bread in programmed mode https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...361.0 and this seems to be the end of the experiments in this mode, since it broke and is now not configurable. Approximately two weeks have passed since the purchase, Now it will not work without my intervention to bake rye bread and none at all. Only for kneading and baking with my participation (press the "pause" button)
Happiness did not last long. I'll try to change it under warranty. Well, and I still have insurance for 2 years, if something else I will return the money for it, if something else breaks

Yesterday I baked Borodino bread in my HP. With sourdough. Cooking is very long, so I don't write the recipe. I just decided to try if it will be baked in this oven. I started the dough at 1125. After it came up and was ready for baking, I just started the baking program. The standard baking time is 1 hour. An hour later, I checked the temperature inside the crumb - it turned out to be 80 degrees, which means the bread was not baked. When I started this program again, I got an error about overheating, but I opened the lid a couple of times, and quite quickly this program started again and the bread was baked for another 20 minutes, I did not pull out the temperature probe so as not to open the stove again .. Compared to the option baked in the oven, this bread has a very soft top crust. The crumb turned out to be soft, its texture is not quite the same as bread from the oven. The crust is very tasty and crispy. In principle, I really liked the bread, but I bake it faster in the oven. And since this bread is being prepared and so on for about 20 hours, time is critical for me.
There is no way to attach a photo yet. My conclusion - bread with a high content of rye flour, it is better to bake in the oven

After three weeks of operation, my HP turned off the Home made mode. That is, it simply became impossible to set the time of each of the stages. After trying to set these modes several times, I just knocked down all my settings. I took the HP back to the store for warranty repairs, but the workshop said. that it cannot be repaired and replaced my HP.
Having received a new HP, I immediately set the time intervals I needed. And today, for the first time, I decided to bake bread in it, slightly adjusting the cooking time. And what do you think. This HP gave me the same error as the previous one. Now I simply will not try to change the settings of this mode in it, remembering past experience. I will use it for a year, and at the end of the warranty period I will hand it over for exchange. Hike, they have some kind of standard glitch that comes out. In short, if someone wants to buy this model because of the programmable mode, I do not recommend it. Moreover, the range of the set time in it is very narrow. As a kneader, this HP is good. Bread bakes well too. But I bake everything manually, with the longest possible intervals

I baked Borodino bread, despite the fact that the electronics in this hp again turned off

I want to leave a review, maybe it will be useful to someone. For this HP I had the usual Saturn Mancha for 2 separate xlibinks of 450 g each. I used the first for 5 years, the second for 2 years. In obi two the thermal mode took off. Couldn't fix anything. I accidentally bought this model because I had no choice. What can I say? For a month now I have been trying to adapt to it. So, she bakes, but in all modes I get bread as unbaked and on the second day it crumbles very much. I tried all the programs. Reduced the weight of products to 900 g and baked it on a maximum bread size of 1600 g. I roasted and raised on the "Dough" mode and tormented on "baking", but, even with a baking time of 1 hour 30 minutes, the bread did not suit me. ...it's not that. The last hope was for program 15 "Homemade bread" I set my own program and the maximum baking mode (1.20) and in Miracle - I got what I wanted.

So my bread recipe is:
360 ml liquid (baked with whey or water with milk 1: 1)
600 g flour (300 g w / and 300 g 2nd grade) + 1 tbsp. l rye flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp. l of oil
8 g wet yeast

Own program:
1st batch 10 min
1st ascent 20 min
2nd batch 20 min
2nd ascent 20 min
3 climbs 40 min
baking 1 h 20 min
But the bread maker, according to some algorithm, gave out 3, 36 total time. After the first baking, I found out that she had added another 21 minutes of rise.

Actually 2.21 by the end of baking HP scrolls chlibomis. I take them out and offer the pastries to rise at 1:00.
By the way. I installed my own program 1 time and it does not disappear after disconnecting from the network.

P.S. if I figure it out, I'll insert a photo.

HP most likely added a lift, it also has heating at the end.
Maybe this table will help you

In my opinion, this HP has very short programs. , insufficient proofing time, therefore, the bread is of poor quality. I also bake only on manual settings and only on doughs.
Time of dough production and proofing is highlighted in red. More or less normal mode - whole grain and French.
At the final proofing, HP heats the dough, so that the bread is sometimes rearranged and the roof falls off. It is necessary to observe and slightly adjust the proofing time or reduce the amount of yeast

Here's another recipe for this HP https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...om_smf&topic=539531.0
