Cooking method

  • Rindless bread I kneaded the dough by hand. You can knead, both in a combine and in a bread maker, observing the sequence.
  • Sift flour. Mix with milk powder. Make a hole. Crumble the yeast.
  • Rindless breadAdd sugar, salt and water. Knead the coarse dough.
  • Rindless breadAdd soft butter and sour cream. Continue mixing.
  • Rindless breadThe dough is soft and does not stick. Round the dough.
  • Rindless breadPlace in a bowl, cover and leave to ferment for 60 minutes.

  • Rindless breadKnead the dough and divide into 4 parts. Roll each part into a ball. Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Rindless breadRoll each ball and place in a greased mold. Grease the top with an egg. Cover and leave to distance. Proof for 45-60 minutes. The author recommends baking 2 loaves. I don't have two molds that fit, so I baked one in a toast mold.
  • Rindless breadGrease the workpiece with an egg again.
  • Rindless breadPreheat the oven to 170 degrees, after placing an empty baking sheet on the lower level.
  • Put the mold in the oven, pour in 50 milliliters of boiling water.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
