Ingredients

* Almonds 100 g
* Water 900 ml.

Cooking method

  • Rinse the almonds, pour boiling water over. Leave in water for 4-6 hours (you can overnight). After a lapse of time, rinse the nuts again, peel. Load the BS with the filter installed, with the soy part down. Load the almonds, pour in warm, boiled water. Start program P4. Now you need to drain the drink into a jar and send it to the refrigerator. Milk is stored for 3 days.

Note

The taste of milk is rich. The consistency of the drink is like selected cow's milk.
If you do not want to waste time removing husks from nuts, then you can skip this operation and cook milk with it. This is practically not reflected in the taste of the drink, there will be a light-light bitterness. Only the shade will be creamy.
It's nice to add almond milk to freshly ground and brewed coffee. And I haven't forgotten about cocoa either - the delicious taste of chocolate is complemented by a nutty note ... ah !!! Milk (in the version without husks) has no bitterness, unlike some other varieties of plant milk.
