In order not to forget myself, and to everyone's benefit, hydrogen peroxide:

Hydrogen peroxide has a wide range of uses in everyday life, in everyday life, in cooking and in agriculture. Here are some recommendations.
Prescriptions and tips for using H2O2 refer to a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution that is available at any pharmacy. In all cases where it is recommended to use an industrial dilution of peroxide (30-35% solution), this is especially noted each time.

Pre-processing of vegetables and fruits

Place food in a container of cold water so that it covers completely. Add a quarter cup of hydrogen peroxide to the water. Then soak them in this solution: more tender (like a salad) - for 15, and with thicker peels (for example, cucumbers) - for 25-30 minutes. Then drain the water, dry and place in a cool place. Fresh vegetables and fruits are stored longer after such processing, keeping fully freshness.

An accelerated option is also possible: when there is no time to soak, simply spray vegetables or fruits with a conventional spray bottle with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. Let them stand like this for a few minutes; then rinse them with water, allow to dry and serve or cook.

How to keep lettuce leaves fresh

Arrange the salad on a plate. Take 1 tablespoon of 3% peroxide solution in half a glass of water. Spray lettuce leaves from a spray bottle with the resulting solution. Dry, cover with another plate and refrigerate. Lettuce leaves will keep their freshness for a long time.

Freshness in the kitchen

Keep a spray bottle close at hand in the kitchen. Use it whenever you want to wipe or clean any surface or utensil. Besides the fact that weak solutions of hydrogen peroxide have a well-known and excellent disinfecting effect, they, with regular use, will give a fresh and clean aroma even to the air in the room.

Peroxide also gives excellent results when cleaning the refrigerator during defrosting.

Marinade

Place meat, fish, or poultry in a saucepan (it is not recommended to use aluminum dishes) and cover with an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide. Cover - not tight! - lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After that, you can rinse with water and start cooking.

Dishwasher

Add about 50 ml of peroxide solution to your usual detergent. The wash quality will improve significantly.

From insects

Mix 150-180 g of 3% hydrogen peroxide with 230-260 g of granulated sugar (refined) and then dissolve in 4-4.5 liters of water.

Effective insecticide spray.

Air humidifier

Mix 500 ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution with 4-5 liters of water. Spray in residential areas. Along with moisturizing - a refreshing effect.

Laundry

Whichever detergent you use, try adding about 200 ml of a 3% peroxide solution to it - this will successfully replace any bleaching agent.

Skin care

Cotton balls dipped in an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide are an excellent way to refresh the skin after cosmetic procedures and washing. Wipe your skin only after all masks or creams have been removed from it; it is also advisable to pre-wash with soap. Remember that in this case, weak dilutions of H2O2 are good.It is not recommended to exceed a 3% concentration.

Mouthwash

A 3% or lower dilution of hydrogen peroxide in water has been successfully used for mouthwash throughout the day to quickly eliminate any unpleasant odor. You can also add a little chlorophyll aqueous solution (from needles) if desired.

Toothpaste

For its preparation, ordinary baking soda is used, to which an amount of 3% peroxide is added, sufficient to obtain the consistency of a paste.

You can also (for whitening purposes) brush your teeth simply by dipping your toothbrush into the peroxide solution.

Fast and long-lasting whitening effect.

Foot baths

Add 50 ml of 3% aqueous peroxide solution per liter of water for better cleansing of the feet.

The water should not be too hot.

Mycosis of the feet

Rub your feet overnight daily until your skin improves.

After shower freshener

It is always a good idea to have a hydrogen peroxide spray on hand in the shower.

After taking a shower, use a spray bottle to refresh the surface of your skin. This will restore the normal acid-base balance of its surface, which, as a rule, is disturbed due to the fact that the soap has an alkaline reaction.

Wellness baths

Taking baths with hydrogen peroxide effectively cleanses and removes toxins not only from the surface of the skin, but also has a general beneficial effect on the body (see in more detail below in the text).

To achieve the effect, the bath should be taken regularly, and its duration should be at least 20 minutes.

In addition to hydrogen peroxide, sea salt can be added to the water.

Indoor and garden plants (flowers)

Dilute 30 to 35 g of a 3% H2O2 solution in a liter of water. Use for dusting leaves (plants in pots) or for irrigation with a spray bottle (flowers).

Pets

For the treatment of the wool of small pets (cats, dogs) for the purpose of disinfection, as well as getting rid of fleas, a solution is recommended: 25-30 g of a 3% peroxide solution per one liter of water.

Effective and completely harmless to your pet.
