Yeast whole grain curd dough for pizza and baking

Ingredients

whole wheat flour 210-220 grams
milk 100g
soft cottage cheese 100g
salt 1/2 teaspoon
sugar 1/2 teaspoon
dry yeast 1 teaspoon
odorless vegetable oil 2 teaspoons
egg C-O 1 piece

Cooking method

  • Mix milk, cottage cheese and egg.
  • Put salt, sugar, yeast in flour.
  • Pour the flour mixture into the curd and milk mixture, knead. Pour in oil, stir well. The dough is soft, velcro. After adding oil, it does not stick to hands and mixes well.
  • Cover the container with a bag and put it away for an approach to a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. Do not upset.
  • Use the finished dough as desired, including for pizza or pies.

Milk and cottage cheese 0% was put into the dough.
Baked in a samushnitsa.
Half is just bread, the other half is like buns. Before proofing, I stuck a few pieces of sushi. Cranberries and sun-dried cherries, sprinkled with several crystals of erythropolis (sahzam), smeared with an egg. Distance, baking 10 min.
I now have chic healthy breads and buns!
