Inverted Creamy Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

wheat flour / grade 150 g
almond 30 g
cream 33-35% 150 ml.
any starch 1 tsp
fresh strawberries 400 BC

Cooking method

The cake tastes creamy. The dough is crumbly, sweet, porous. Pie without baking powder, but rose well, although after baking a little and donkey. Very tasty! Recommend!
