Chicken fillet with vegetables in a pan

Ingredients

Fillet of chicken legs 1 kg
Large onion 1 PC
Large sweet bell pepper 1 PC
Champignons or any other mushrooms 250g
Garlic 3-4 slices
Vegetable oil 5-4 st. spoons
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. spoons
Chili sauce is sweet / I had spicy 3 tbsp. l / 1 tea
Kumin 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Sweet paprika 1 tsp
Salt
Parsley 1 small bundle
Cilantro 1 small bundle

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken legs fillet into cubes ~ 3 cm wide.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the fillets for 1.5 minutes on each side, remove the meat from the pan.
  • In the same oil, fry the onion, cut into half rings, pepper, coarsely chopped garlic over medium heat, add mushrooms, if small, you can whole, and large ones must be cut into slices, after five minutes return the meat to the pan, mix, add 0.5 cups of hot water.
  • Then add soy sauce, chili sauce to the pan, and after 5 minutes all seasonings and, if necessary, add salt.
  • Cover and simmer for ~ 20 minutes.
  • Chop the parsley and cilantro, pour into the pan.
  • Close the lid and turn off the gas.
  • It is delicious.
