Garlic Paste, or Green Vitamin Dressing, or Where else to attach arrows from garlic

Ingredients

Arrows of garlic
Spinach
Jusai
Dill is in the process of tying umbrellas, but still green
Several heads of garlic, along with a green feather (optional)
Olive oil (or any other vegetable oil)

Cooking method

  • Initially, my recipe was as follows - when I had to attach regular garlic to storage, I made Garlic Paste.
  • Here the proportions are:
  • for 200 g of peeled and ground garlic 50 g of olive or any other vegetable oil.
  • This paste goes well in winter instead of garlic. In this form, garlic can be stored for a long time, and does not lose its aromatic and healing qualities.
  • But today I ground the garlic arrows. I wanted to use them for another purpose, or just freeze them in ice molds for use in winter.
  • But then I remembered this Garlic paste and decided to experiment.
  • Narwala in the garden is spinach, jusai and dill, which is already starting to produce umbrellas, but still young and green. I washed it, dried it on a carousel and also passed all these greens through a meat grinder.
  • I thought a little, took a spatula and dug out 3 more heads of young garlic along with green feathers. She removed only the topmost shell from the garlic, leaving the lower young shell and also ground it, along with the herbs, into this green mass.
  • Mixed with olive oil, mixed well and got a great green, vitamin dressing for the whole summer.
  • Can be used wherever garlic or herbs are used.
  • The advantages of this refueling are for me personally.
  • I don't like spinach, but here I successfully disguised it in garlic.
  • Another week or two, and in the garden, and in the market, there will be a shortage of green dill. In such heat, it quickly outgrows, turns yellow and becomes suitable only for home canning. And all summer vegetable dishes, whatever one may say, require green dill.
  • The same is true for jusai. This healthy, aromatic herb will become unusable a little more.
  • You can simply store Garlic Paste in the refrigerator for a long time. I did not freeze her. I haven't decided yet what to do with Green Paste. I got a lot of it, a whole container. While tightly sealed and put in the refrigerator. I'll see how she behaves further, and I want to leave at least a little for the winter. For this, I think, it is better to freeze with briquettes.
  • In the meantime, today I have already put this Green Paste into action.
  • This is a mayonnaise sauce for ring-fried zucchini
  • Garlic Paste, or Green Vitamin Dressing, or Where else to attach arrows from garlic
  • Only in this sauce did I cut the parsley finely, and added ground flaxseed.
  • And this is the zucchini themselves. Fried them in the Princess
  • Garlic Paste, or Green Vitamin Dressing, or Where else to attach arrows from garlic
  • Made a Jewish salad and dressed with this green dressing
  • Garlic Paste, or Green Vitamin Dressing, or Where else to attach arrows from garlic
  • My husband, who categorically does not accept spinach in salads, gobbled up on both cheeks, not even knowing about my trick!
  • Enjoy your meal too!

Marusya
Nelya, thanks for the timely recipe, I'll wind it up too, I'll try to freeze it. Arrows will appear and I will do
nila
Helen, you're already here! How quickly, while I was ruling auto-errors, you already ran!
Try to wind it up, it turned out so delicious! I would eat mayonnaise sauce with a spoon, lick a cup with the leftovers with my finger
It is a pity that there are no more arrows, it seemed a little bit now!
Marusya
Nelya, I was waiting for you in the gazebo, I thought you would write there. And what a fine fellow you are, laid out a separate recipe Yes, and how smartly!
nila
Why do we write recipes in the Gazebo, and then they get lost there. I decided to write separately. Although this is not even a recipe, but so, an experimental way

nila, Nelya! Thanks for the wonderful recipe! Is garlic paste made without salt at all? And at the same time it is safely stored in the refrigerator? (I'm not talking about green, although it seems to be also without salt, but about the usual one, the experience of long-term storage in the refrigerator is already available). And how much can this pasta without salt stand in the fridge? If the jar is, say, 0.5 l or 0.25 l, then just take out the required amount with a clean spoon and close the lid again? And the remainder is stored quietly further?
nila
Masha Ivanova, ElenaThe honest pasta is stored without salt. Everything, as you wrote, takes out with a clean spoon, and again a jar in the refrigerator and storage.
I did not store much, not a full 0.5 liter jar for a little more than a month, then there was nothing to store.
And I just want to pour salt into the Green Gas Station, but I beat myself on the hands. Because I understand that salt will change the taste and quality of the product. I don't like greens, for storage, in salt. Hopefully, as with garlic, the oil will be a good coservative.
Masha Ivanova
nila, Nelya! I also don't like salt everywhere as a preservative. I was just afraid that it would suddenly turn sour without salt. Now I will be aware that there is enough oil for garlic. Thanks for the answer.

nilaThank you Nelechka! Very healthy and tasty pasta!
Crown
Excellent recipe!
This is our answer to their overseas pesto, or rather Mediterranean.
gala10
Nelichka, thanks for the recipe! You have very interesting additives to garlic arrows. And special thanks for the idea of adding this paste to mayonnaise. I will definitely try.
Rituslya
Nelechka, I am also grateful to you!
An absolutely wonderful recipe idea. While there are a lot of these herbs in the garden, then it's time to use them in business.
And for the garlic paste, Nelechka, thank you so much. Garlic is always available in city stores.

Thanks to everyone who looked in and appreciated my invention
I myself did not expect it to be so tasty and convenient! And also such an extensive application. Made zucchini pancakes with cottage cheese for breakfast, added a spoonful of this dressing! Gorgeous!
My husband came to dinner, warmed up the soup and said - where is your garlic? I put a spoonful of green mass directly into a bowl of rice soup, and even smeared it on bread. I was silent, but he did not see that there was also spinach
I feel that I have to go to the neighbors, beg for garlic arrows
kil
Last year, I also turned the arrows for the first time looking at you Nelechka, only nothing but salt, vegetable oil and a handful of pine nuts added. The yummy is incredible, I still eat it and nothing has spoiled.

nila, Nelya, thanks a lot, I found your recipe. I broke off the arrows, I will twist, otherwise they still hang in the freezer in pieces cut from last year, but it's a pity to throw it away.
I will try to add coriander (I have a lot of it) and walnuts to such a paste.
nila
kil, Irina, I also have my pasta in the refrigerator, without freezing. The flight is normal!
But I can only dream about pine nuts
marika33, Marina, throw away such a valuable product with nivkoemrazi!
You are such a hostess that you cannot afford to do this!
Marina, add the greens that you like, favorite, that you use the most in preparing your dishes.
But I didn't even think of such a thing about nuts! This is what collective intelligence means.

Kapet, Constantin, I did not understand what you wanted to say?
