Simple yoghurt muffin in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Store yoghurt without additives 1 pc (130-150 g)
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. from yogurt
Granulated sugar 2 tbsp. from yogurt
Eggs 3 pcs.
Vegetable oil 0.5 tbsp. from yogurt
Salt pinch
Baking powder 1 tsp
Candied fruits, dried fruits and other fillers optional
Glaze, ganache, icing sugar for decoration optional

Cooking method

  • This cupcake, I would refer to country recipes, when the whole variety of our favorite precise gadgets is not at hand: scales, cups, and so on. And sometimes, it's elementary - I took the cartoon, but forgot the measuring glass. It's not a problem to make a stew in a multi without a glass, but to bake something for tea ... Yes, in general, too!
  • So we measure in one dish all the liquid ingredients using a glass from purchased yogurt like "Activia" (it can be slightly different in weight, but we are not embarrassed - in this recipe the difference of 20 grams back and forth does not matter), mix them , beat with a whisk or fork until smooth. Only I would put salt in this bowl so that the eggs will spread better.
  • We wash my glass from "Activia", wipe it dry and cancel the dry ingredients: pour sugar into the egg-yogurt mixture (stir it), then flour and baking powder. Stir everything completely until smooth.
  • At the last stage, put in the dough any filler that you want, which is at hand: candied fruits, raisins, a handful of fresh berries. I still have a handful of raisins soaked in alcohol from Easter.
  • Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, pour out the dough. We put on "Baking" for 60 minutes, after the signal we let it stand on the heating for another 10 minutes (if you suddenly have a small cartoon, like mine, then bake for 65 minutes, and defend 15).
  • Open the lid and remove the cake using the steam basket. Let it cool completely. We decorate as you like.
  • I have here a ganache made from the remains of a chocolate bar accidentally wandering into the refrigerator with stains from the remains of a sugar pencil. The role of the "cherry on the cake" is played by the sweet cherry

Simple delicious cupcake. The recipe was sent to me by one of my young acquaintances from Ostashkov. She and her friends, young working mothers, have been baking this cupcake in cartoons all the time lately. That is why I ventured to offer it to your attention. This is from a series of those recipes. which cannot fail to work. After all, those who do not have extra time / money / experience in their lives to often cook something complicated, but they also want to please a young family with something tasty. And, therefore, this recipe landed in the "top ten". And I love to have at hand such simple and win-win.

And one more thing seems to me important and interesting. Tatyana1103 wrote that in a French book on raising children, this cupcake is listed as one of the first courses that children learn to cook on their own, or with their parents. Therefore, such an unusual measure is a yoghurt glass. It is more interesting for them to measure, it is more understandable for children.
So making this cupcake can be a little healthy family fun.

Soda, a little vanilla, you can 2 - frozen berries, I took lingonberries ) a cupcake is served with tea with a spoonful of whipped cream. I can't give a link to the site with the recipe, since it was manually recorded a hundred years ago. Try it this way, and determine in comparison which one you like best.

2 cups flour
