The other day they presented me with a practically new Moulinex 573905. I stood idle for several years with my friends. they did not have a long and fruitful cooperation with her. Alas.
I tested it in practice. bakes well, convenient and I like its shape.
While looking for instructions on the sites. so as not to miss any nuances, since before her I had only a long-term friendship with Kenwood, I came across a site with different components and found out. that a baguette holder and a flat baking tray and even a muffin pan are quite suitable for me. I learned this information from a sales assistant, but doubts take on something, and suddenly these devices do not fit her, and the price cannot be said to be transcendental. but not for nothing.
So I decided to get sensible advice on this matter.
Well, they take doubts. if I don't have a Baguette mode in it. how to bake it all right. I use baguette holders. sheets and forms. just on Bake mode? understand correctly?
Now I will attach a photo of my bread maker and devices that I want to buy.
Thanks in advance to all who responded

Everything is correct. Knead with handles and into a baguette tray for baking. Also, see if your HP has a top ten, if not, then it is not suitable for baguettes.
And in terms of the size of the baking, it can hardly be called a baguette.

Thank you very much for your reply!
Somehow it didn’t occur to me that the upper ten is necessary, but this is really so, because even in the mode I have a dark crust in it, the top of the bread always remains light.
Thank you again
