Lenten potato pie with mushrooms according to Elena Chekalova's recipe

Ingredients

potatoes 1 kg
boiled mushrooms (any) 400 gram
bulb onions 1-2 pieces
vegetable oil 1-2 tablespoons
breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon
salt pepper taste
wheat flour 2 tablespoons
vegetable oil for frying
shape d = 30 cm

Cooking method

  • Peel potatoes, boil until tender.
  • Drain the water. Make mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in vegetable oil, mix.
  • Add flour and stir well again.
  • Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms into pieces.
  • First fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and fry a little more.
  • Put half of the potato dough in a mold, distribute evenly and make a side. Lay out the mushrooms. Spread the rest of the potato dough on top and level. Sprinkle the top with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  • Cool in shape.
  • Serve with fresh vegetable salad or sauerkraut.
