Ingredients

Fresh cabbage 50 g
Red bell pepper 1 PC.
Yellow bell pepper 1 PC.
Fresh cucumber 1 PC.
Onion 1/2 pcs.
Boiled beans (or canned) 100 g
Cold smoked fish 100 g
Sauce:
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Sesame oil 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard 1 tsp
Tobasco taste
Salt, sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Cut vegetables on a spiralizer, add beans and fish, cut into thin slices, season with sauce, and stir. Bon Appetit!

And since at the same time I got a wonderful book with colorful fish recipes, and there I stumbled upon "bean salad with curls of a smoked shark", then I combined the coiled vegetable curls with an adapted recipe!

The girls also believe that the taste of spirals is better than that of grated vegetables, and this generally "smiles" at me - well, what's the difference, narrow long slices of vegetables or narrow spiral ones: metal blades are cut there and there! But I succumbed to the outbreak of "electrospiralization" and bought a bunch of electric ones for several of my mechanical spiralizers. The only thing - I chose for a long time and preferred the model not vertical, with a narrow neck, but horizontal, in which you can spiral both large vegetables and bell peppers.
