Ingredients

A hen 1500
Red onion 500gr
Carrot 200gr.
Ginger 100gr.
Pureed tomatoes 400gr.
Wine vinegar 2 tbsp. l
Honey 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce 6 tbsp. l.
Dry red wine 400 ml.
Red and black pepper taste
Salt taste
Alcohol 2 tbsp. l.
Any fresh herbs 1-2 bundles.
Garlic 6-7 teeth.

Cooking method

  • I would like to suggest a recipe for a very tasty dish.
  • You can cook from any meat. I usually cook with pork ribs.
  • Chicken today.
  • Cut the chicken into portions. rinse and dry well.
  • Pour some sunflower oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom, ok
  • heat and put the meat. Do not stir until one side is slightly tightened

If you are cooking ribs, first lightly fry, then put in a baking dish, put all the ingredients, cover with foil and in a hot oven. 30 minutes on one side. Then turn the ribs over and hold for another 30 minutes. Then put back in the skillet and simmer a little to thicken the sauce. My granddaughter is so capricious, but she loves this dish. Asks for more wine. Get it ready, I promise you will not regret it. This is awesome delicious.
