  • Another plus of the recipe is that you can cook zrazy: deep-fried, in. cabinet, pizza oven, airfryer, MV and frying pan.
  • The taste will delight in all cases, but it should be put in well-heated devices.
  • I will give you a more expensive option, but you can use the products you want, taste and availability.
  • Finely chop the onion (chop) and send to fry until golden brown in oil, lightly adding c. sand.
  • Peel and boil the potatoes (or use the existing one). While the potatoes are boiling, we are preparing the filling, in my case the minced meat (you can take the ready-made one) from chicken breasts, which I grind and combine with the sluggish. tomatoes, dill and garlic.
  • We spread the fried mushrooms, with the evaporated liquid and fry the minced meat (with the addition of butter) which, at the end of cooking, salt and pepper.
  • Drain the finished salted potatoes, crush, adding sl. butter and psh. flour. Leave to cool slightly. At this time, we shift the fried headlights, add grated cheese, finely chopped dill and green onions to it.
  • Introduce eggs into the cooled potatoes, mix thoroughly. The mass should not be liquid, otherwise it will be difficult to form zrazy.
  • Then I do it on a medium-sized cutting board, scattered on a small croutons on the table, it is inconvenient to mold and roll zrazy. On the surface of the board, sprinkled with breadcrumbs (in my case, from my own bread), lay out the finished potato mass (put + 2 tablespoons), knead and fill a cent with minced meat.
