I got this bread maker yesterday and tried it out. It turned out great. I was satisfied. In the morning I ate a delicious sandwich with pleasure.
The recipe for Italian bread was taken from here "MANUAL FOR BAKING BREAD IN A BREAD (A BEGINNER'S MANUAL)". Pre-read this manual, for which many thanks to the author. I thought it wouldn't work, because the sequence of operations in the main white bread program in this HP is completely different, very different. But nothing happened, just followed the creation of the kolobok and that's it. There was no need to correct it. The recipe was counted at 450 grams (I took 300 grams of flour), the finished product after cooling turned out to weigh 490 grams.

There is no opportunity to change something in the program, you can only pause at each point, after 2 minutes the stove will continue to work automatically. You can make as many pauses as needed. I haven't paused yet, but I wanted to.

The main program is as follows:

1. Kneading 10 minutes
2. Ascent 10 min
3. Kneading 15 minutes
4. Ascent 30 min
5. Kneading 1 min (actually 10 sec)
6. Ascent 14 min
7. Kneading 1 min (10 sec)
8. Ascent 39 min
9. Proofing - (no) so the program says
10. Baking 39 minutes

Total 2h55m for this weight, the crust was set to medium.

All programs in this table

Where what temperature is not reported
But in my opinion, there is a slight heating during the "rise".
Here's an experience, I will experiment further.

Nolas, congratulations on your purchase! According to the basic recipe, the bread turned out to be okay, cute, rosy!

How much do you think this oven can bake pure wheat bread in grams of flour? Gram 340-350 or more? From the photo, the impression is that the three-hundred-gramme bread has come out one or two centimeters from the bucket, or does it just seem so?

I have another question about the Rye Bread program. What is it like in terms of time and baking algorithm? Is this program suitable for wheat-rye bread with a rye flour content of no more than 25-30 percent? It seems like in Endever, there is no such program, there is Borodinsky instead of him. So I think maybe because of her here the power of 100 watts was added more or am I mistaken? There is something in the instructions about this, well, what kind of bread is this program intended for?

Shl. I can’t load and see your table with modes, so the question about the Rye Bread program may arise. For some reason, instead of a table, I fly to the first page.
Nolas
walexyz, Hi. Thank you for your pleasant review. The maximum is probably 360-370 grams. This I realized in my third experience. Baked Buckwheat bread from Fugasca

Kefir 70 ml
Milk 240 ml
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp
Buckwheat flour 67 gr (grinded on a coffee grinder)
Wheat flour 300 gr
Sugar 1.5 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Program 1 with the addition of 15 minutes throughout all lifts_
The crust is medium. Size 600 gr
He climbed 2 times only on the last rise
It turned out weighing 600 grams. The bread turned out to be awesomely tasty. This is my best so far.

About rye. I have not tried it yet. I'm stuffing my hand in wheat.
I spread the table again:

While I do not understand the mode for rye, I have to try, there is one time for two points. I don't know what this means. In the instructions for the cotton, 3 recipes for rye are given:

My fourth experience. I decided to try the French mode. This is an hour longer than usual. I took an Italian recipe from my first experience with minor changes as a basis. I didn't change the program, I didn't pause. The crust is medium. The weight chose 450 grams.

Wheat flour - 280 grams
Whole grain wheat flour 20 gr
Kefir 1% - 180 ml
Water 20 ml
Sunflower oil - 20 ml
Iodized sea salt - 5 gr
Cane sugar - 18 gr
Active dry yeast - 4 g

The weight of the finished bread turned out to be 460 grams
Feature - it turned out to be a lush beautiful hat.

Nolas, thank you for the detailed answers! The "Rye" mode seems to be designed for wheat-rye bread. For me, this is rather a plus, although for some it will be a disappointment. The maximum flour of 370 grams is indicated in the “Yoghurt” rye recipe, and apparently 400 grams of flour cannot be pushed into this hp for baking on the machine. It's a pity))

I saw a stove in the same shape for an aliexpress case, the Petrus brand, but there is a 750g bucket. This would suit me one hundred percent. And so the bucket seems a little too small. In short, we will think))
Nolas
walexyz, got it. And I, on the contrary, picked up a small one, since basically one needs to be done. I chose between this one and the Endever in the same building. And because of the greater power, I chose a delta, just in case
Lagri
Nolas, Sergei, your bread maker bakes great bread! The top of the bread is just super! I also have such a small bread maker, only there is a viewing window, but there is a problem with baking, the roof of the bread almost always falls off ((
Nolas
Lagri, Hello. Yes, in general, I deliberately made such a choice, I previously read on this forum that the roof often falls off because of the window, therefore I bought this model from inexpensive ones. And in general I was satisfied.
Lagri
Sergei, and you take out the spatula, the dough mixer, after the last mixing or leave it in place and the bread is baked with it, that is, bake it on the machine, do not interfere with the process? And yet, do you all have such bread, with such a beautiful roof? Or does the roof of the bread sometimes fall inward? So I think, maybe I can get a stove without a viewing window. I also have a Panasonic 2502 without a window and it always turns out beautiful bread.) I think that the window still plays a role here ...
Today I baked Italian bread according to the Admin recipe, as in your 1 post, I closed the window with foil from the inside and still the roof fell off ((
Bread maker Delta dl-8007b
So your bread maker is excellent! I'll probably buy the same one too ...
Nolas
Lagri, I interfere with the process a little, in terms of adding the time of the first proofing. According to the program, I have it for 10 minutes in total, I do it for 30 minutes. I do not take out the scapula. The crash is always good. Maybe it's also about power, I chose this stove also because it has a power of 650 watts. Others have 500-550 watts.
velli
Nolas, Sergei, Congratulations on your successful purchase of a bread machine! All breads are so ruddy, beautiful in it. In my Panasonic 2500 is not so ruddy, but tall and beautiful. Let the oven continue to delight you with its baked goods!
Nolas
Maria and Valentina, thank you very much for your support!

Last week I tried the cereal bread mix. The result was very pleasing. Beautiful, and most importantly, very tasty bread turned out. I will continue to do this.

Nolas, and if you leave the first rise as it is by default, that is, 10 minutes, then how does the bread turn out in the end? Have you tried oven like this?
Nolas
walexyz, yes, in principle, and so it turned out fine, it's just that the technology is more correct for a longer time, that's why I bother. I think that 10 minutes is also possible, so HP warms up a little at this time, which means the process is accelerating. Probably, the developers thought too. And in 10 minutes it turned out to be a normal tasty bread, at first I baked it like that.
walexyz
Nolas, Thank you. That is, there are no differences in taste, size and consistency. Just out of love for classic bakery, do you bother manually adding time every time? Right?
Nolas
walexyz, Yes
Lagri
Sergei, and what yeast do you use?

Lagri, saf moment
Alona
Peace be with you, bakers!
I like this bread maker too. baby, but bakes well. maybe someone will need the information that a bucket from Redmond bread makers with the marking rp-a100 is suitable for this stove under the lid (they say - 2 liters).I think that in such a bucket on a dark crust, the oven will be able to bake 400 grams of bread in automatic programs, but I have not tried it yet. by the way, bona fide sellers sell this bucket with a paddle, and the price of this purchase is surprisingly adequate.

here is my bread on the main program. it is not perfect, the kitchen is small, and the stove was hotter on one side than on the other.

Bread maker Delta dl-8007b

I, by the way, completely scanned the manual for this stove, if anyone needs it.
Nolas
Alona, thanks, a larger bucket will not help here, more often the ceiling (lid) interferes if it rises well, then it rests specifically
Alona
Sergey, thank you! I know, I've been so resisted a couple of times.))) I just want a bigger bucket out of inertia.))) I actually bought it for another stove, but that stove has a square profile, and this one is rectangular, so it sits in our Delta like a glove. and it stuck.
Nolas
Alona, if the new bucket is larger in width, then this is really an option. It is probably worth trying, but don't give me a reference, where did you get it?
Alona
Sergey, I bought the bowl "Bowl for the Redmond RP-A100" bread maker a month ago here (as a beginner, I am forbidden to insert links up to the ban, so I will try to camouflage the link somehow if it works): www. online trade. ru / catalog / aksessuary_dlya_kukhonnoy_tekhniki-c324 / redmond / chasha_dlya_khlebopechi_redmond_rp_a100-869112. html, but by some miracle 230 rubles cheaper. I examined all the details with a magnifying glass - there seemed to be no flaws. there in the gallery some kind person inserted photos. but still it seems to me that the price for which it is being sold is more sane than that of the sellers of spare parts for bread makers. even more so for a bowl with a kneader.

for the same price, the bowl is sold on the Wildbury website. ru, but there representatives, as it were, of Redmond write in their answers that the bowl is without a stirrer.

p.s. I have an internal size of the bowl 13.5x12 cm, height 16.3 cm
Nolas
Alona, looked at the pictures, like this bucket is also rectangular, only higher
Alona
Sergei, that's exactly what I'm talking about. I needed a square one, but it was very expensive. bought this - rectangular. in x / p for 750g. came up, but, naturally, got up with gaps on one side, and when I measured it in Delta, it got up like a glove. I use it in Delta.
Nolas
Alona, OK, thanks
Elena Chelnokova
Bakeries, good afternoon. Has anyone tried dumplings dough? Today I tried it, in the book there is an error in the proportions of water and flour. According to the program, the cooking time is 15 minutes. This is true? I also have another bread maker, in no case the dough is cooked for 1 hour. If anyone has a proven dumplings dough, please share. My dough turned out to be thick, like pancakes. I had to stir with handles
Alona
Elena, in the book, indeed, there are a lot of flaws in the recipes. for example, if you take a baking recipe for a large bun, then the dough will come out and fill up everything you can. and for a small roll - a recipe that is quite suitable for yourself. I'm on this program, which you are talking about - "yeast-free dough" was kneading the dough for drying, it looks like a dumpling, it kneads perfectly. for a yeast-free dough, 15 minutes is enough (if the proportions are interesting: 1 egg, 100 ml of milk, 2 glasses of 250 ml of flour). I knead charlotte on this program in 15 minutes. before it broke, there was x \ n Scarlet, there the program "yeast-free dough" also 15 minutes.

, my inner size of the bowl turned out to be 13.5x12 cm, height 16.3 cm
Alona, the dimensions of the bucket are wonderful, what the doctor ordered!

And you intuitively chose the attachment of the bucket to the x / n, maybe you were lucky or what? I have two x / n (not Delta) and the buckets are not interchangeable there, although they are practically the same size and this bucket would also fit. But my buckets are not fixed in the "foreign" bread maker. I think how not to puncture when buying, that's why I ask.
Alona
Quote: walexyz
walexyz
walexyz, when the coating of the bucket on another x \ n degenerated and the baking ceased to be removed normally from the bucket, a long saga began to search for information about a possible alternative.and in the course of this search, I came across a site that sells accessories for various kitchen appliances, and there were detailed photos of buckets for various bread makers, some with sizes. during the search it was possible to establish that there are so-called "Chinese" bread makers, which have similar attachments and sizes. in total, I now have 3 x \ n (1.5 working) on my hands with similar mountings. but the Delta is the smallest in height, and with a higher bowl, the lid will not close tightly. Thus, it turns out that in the part of the fastening the cups x \ n Scarlet, Ourson and Delta fit together (with the ability to mix the dough normally). I write carefully, because on Scarlet, for example, the alien bucket is held somehow flimsy, but nevertheless the dough was kneaded well (normally). and on the Wildbury website. ru in the reviews about Remdond's cup, the lady wrote that this cup (which was discussed above) came to her x \ n Kenwood. )

p.s. I also want to clarify, just in case, that I indicated the inner dimensions, and the outer rim of the bowl is 16cmx12cm
Fantasta
Nolas, Sergei, how are you doing with the bread maker? Happy after a while? I ordered myself one for my birthday, now I can't wait for the cherished day to come
Fantasta
Now I have joined the ranks of bakers thanks to HP Delta. The bread was excellent. For myself, I note that I miss the window in the lid - it's very interesting whether the bread has risen and how it behaves there during the cooking process. I've tried the simplest recipe for wheat bread so far, that's what happened

Nadine, Congratulations on your purchase! Please write the recipe by which the white bread was made, and if not difficult, please take measurements of the internal bucket - the length, width, depth of the oven itself. Also tell me please, did the stove body get hot during the cooking process? Yesterday I bought a model Marta 1784 (also a baby), so today, during the first baking, I found out that the case heats up so much from behind and from above that my hand practically does not tolerate it, I wonder if it is a marriage? I could hardly find such a delta on sale, just in case I ordered it (it has not arrived yet), I liked the power and the fact that without a window, now I sit and think, I probably need both of them, both Marta and Delta
Bread maker Delta dl-8007b
Fantasta
Amazonka, oh Marta looks just fine, and even with a window !!! I never saw such a thing. I also congratulate you on your purchase!
I report on the size of HP Delta:
Case: LxWxH - 24x17x24
Bucket: LxWxH - 11x9x11

As for heating, I honestly did not focus on this point, but when I came to see how much time was left (about half an hour left until the end of cooking), there was heat around HP. And I felt his face as I bent over her. Therefore, it may not be a marriage. I'll try next. time and I will definitely unsubscribe - whether the Delta heats up strongly or not.

Well, about the recipe:
flour Makfa - 300 g + added 1 tbsp. l. during the first batch (the bun seemed a little thin)
water at room temperature - 198 ml
salt - 1 tsp; sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
rast. oil (I have Altera olive + sunflower) - 1 tbsp. l.
Saf-Moment yeast - 1 tsp.
Program: 1, main. Weight - 450g, crust color - medium
As a result, we got bread similar to a sandwich from Haris, slightly sweet, with a very airy and tender crumb.
Amazonka
Fantasta, thanks for the answer! I just wanted for the toasters, I'll put it on now. I was hoping the buckets would be interchangeable in March and Delta, but my size is 13 × -12. I took Martha in the Wildberries store with a good discount, I was very interested in the Chef-baker program, there you set the time of kneading, rises and baking, I want to try bread and dough and cakes, and yesterday I baked wheat-rye and the roof is even, but I want a dome, in general I think that Delta will not be superfluous

Amazonka, so maybe they will, we must try. There are gaps between the bucket and the walls, but it does not fit into the hn body.
I haven't tried wheat-rye yet. To be honest, scary
in general, I think that Delta will not be superfluous
If everyone in the family loves bread, then of course it won't. I eat it alone, there is no one else, therefore I took it with the expectation of scanty often
Amazonka
Fantastawhy scary? There seems to be nothing complicated, be sure to try Another question on the Delta, the crust is not very thick? I'm all thinking about sandwiches
Fantasta
Amazonka, at one time I gave my parents HP Mulinex, and so no matter how many tried there - the always gray bread was with a collapsed roof or a dull crumb. Straight as much as hunting discouraged to experiment.

About the crust - on the day of baking I never cut bread, but on the trail. the day when the bread lies down, the feeling of the crust is excellent. For me, it is exactly the thickness that allows even the thinnest slice to keep its shape at any angle. And when chewing, I don't really feel it, a little thicker than the crumb.
Amazonka
Nadine, I have Moulinex 600230, here in it the crust is awesomely thick, that's why I was worried, rye seemed to work out nothing, but it's too big, I rarely use it, but I want to bake it as often as possible. I made a little white one today according to your recipe, it turned out just handsome, only the top is pale for me, nevertheless, it's because of the window, and I'm afraid to cover it, as it gets hot. Thank you so much for the recipe. I hope this little red baby will come to me tomorrow, I will drive both stoves
P.S. you can come to me on "You"

Amazonka, it turned out wonderful bread! How's the crust? Not fat?
You can call me too
Amazonka
Fantasta, the crust is the very thing, but on top it could have been thicker, there is practically no crust here, and the taste has become even better today
Fantasta
Amazonka, it has already been 3 days since I wasted it (it’s hard to eat even such a tiny loaf alone) and it’s still soft, the crumb does not crumble, the recipe is very successful, and most importantly, the bread does not support the ceiling when baking

Regarding the heating of the case HP Delta - in the process of baking bread, the case really heats up a lot. I do not consider this a defect of the device, since the temperature at which the baking is going on is very high.
Amazonka
Fantasta, Nadine, uraaaaa, yesterday I brought Delta, today I will definitely sing it

It's been 3 days since I wasted it
I also eat alone, cut into toast is just super and really does not crumble, I saved the recipe, I think I will often use it

About heating
And I no longer pay attention to heating, but I do not risk covering the window
Fantasta
Amazonka, oh, congratulations on your purchase !!!
And I no longer pay attention to heating, but I do not risk covering the window
I, too, would not have covered, especially since I really liked to follow the processes of proofing and baking in the window in Moulinex. I can also get stuck in the oven, watching what is happening there. My husband calls it "TV"
Amazonka
Fantasta, Nadine, Thank you for your congratulations! I put the bread in the Delta and I’m thinking, but the flour doesn’t get dusty during the kneading process for heating the element, is the bucket very low or is everything normal? And then I read somewhere that they advise at the very beginning to cover the bucket with a napkin or towel. I'll look for a bucket from Redmond, maybe they will appear where.
Fantasta
Amazonka, no no no, there is a perfect batch! The first 2-3 minutes the agitator barely spins, and then faster
Amazonka
Fantasta, yeah, I already saw it, I'm so impatient to see how it rose inside, I will tolerate it, but there will be bread baked, I also had a Panasonic without a window, I got used to it over time, as I bake it, I will show what the first one turned out, and tomorrow I want to Martha and Delta put some kind of wheat-rye and clearly see the difference

Nadine, baked in Delta according to your recipe, it turned out super and higher than in March
Bread maker Delta dl-8007b
Fantasta
Amazonka, looks appetizing, but did you put the crust medium or dark? I wonder why higher than in March?
Amazonka
Fantasta, yeah, very appetizing, but I didn't manage to try it, I gave it to my friend, I didn't finish the first one, I put everything like you, weight 450, average crust, and in March for some reason it also turned out 10 grams less, although everything is the same in terms of ingredients, apparently the main program works differently. Now I made wheat-rye in both ovens on rye mode, in Delta this program is 3 hours, and in March 3.30. I just got it from the Delta, Marta is still baking.
