Ingredients

Bulgur 2 tbsp. l
Quinoa 2st. l
Amaranth groats 1 tbsp. l
Almond milk 250ml
Water 200ml
salt, sugar taste
Butter 1/2 tsp
Fruit, honey optional

Cooking method

  • They brought me a present from Costa Rica - amaranth groats. I read, looked and decided to make porridge. Admin has a similar recipe, but I have slightly different proportions and I cooked in Marta's multicooker

  • Pour almond milk, add salt, sugar and in a slow cooker, I cooked on a Multi cook for 98 * -40 minutes.
  • The groats are boiled, the porridge turned out to be viscous (I love it so much). And all the cereals are heard in it, the amaranth is generally amusingly bursting in its teeth.
