Chocolate monkey bread

Ingredients

White dough:
* Sourdough 200 BC
* Wheat flour 400 BC
* Salt 7 g
* Sugar 40 g
* Ghee butter 35 g
* Milk 100 ml.
* Water 80 ml.
* Vanillin option
Chocolate dough:
Leaven 200 BC
* Flour 400g.
* Salt 7 g
* Sugar 40 g
* Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
* Milk 100 ml.
* Water 80 ml.
* Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
Sprinkling
* Sugar poppy
* Sugar - cinnamon - cocoa
* Vegetable oil - for dipping

Cooking method

  • Knead the koloboks separately. Ferment them separately until the volume doubles.
  • Divide each of the koloboks into balls of the desired size. I got 16 balls each. She dipped the white balls in butter and doused them with a sugar-poppy mixture, chocolate balls, respectively, in butter and a sugar-chocolate mixture.
  • When the mixtures remained on the bottom, I combined them into one cup. and rolled the balls indiscriminately by color. There was enough sprinkling for two balls, so they were simply smeared with oil.
  • The balls are laid at once (roll - fold - roll - fold ...) alternately or as it is convenient for you. I put it in a deep oiled cauldron.
  • I cover it so that the top of the bread does not dry out and put it in the heat until it rises twice. I preheat the oven to 175 * C, bake bread for 45 minutes (and you look at the technical capabilities of your oven)
  • When the bread was baked, I placed it on a wooden cutting board. I put on a culinary ring (there is such a sliding ring for cakes) and pulled off the bread so that it would cool in a selected state. Otherwise, the balls tend to fall off.
  • It is very convenient to eat such bread. It doesn't need slicing. We take and break off any ball we like.
  • Bon Appetit!
  • Chocolate monkey bread
