"Trio" salad

Trio salad

Ingredients

Boiled squid 200g
Beef ham 310g
Chicken's meat 350g
Homemade mayonnaise with milk 150g.

Cooking method

  • I brought you a recipe for a delicious and satisfying salad. On the eve of the holiday, the hostesses are looking for new recipes - I want to surprise the guests. Let's try, I love when food is prepared quickly, it's a pity to take a lot of time from my family, and even my beloved.
  • Boil squids for no more than 2 minutes, cool, cut into cubes. I usually cook the chicken in advance, you can just boil it, you can make a "sous look" or stew in a pan in s / juice, choose any method. Separate the chicken meat from the bone and cut into cubes. I prefer to put red chicken meat in this salad. We also cut the beef into cubes.
  • I make my mayonnaise using 1.5% milk, so it turns out to be less fatty than ready-made. For those who, for whatever reasons, do not eat mayonnaise, salad can be seasoned with sour cream with the addition of mustard or horseradish - to taste. Cook with pleasure and treat your family, loved ones and friends! Angel to you at your meal.

Note

When, many years ago, I received this recipe from a friend, I did not dare to cook it for a very long time, I was confused by the set of ingredients. When I finally cooked it and served it to the table, many did not understand what it consists of (squids were then rare guests on our tables), but we definitely liked it and for many years pleases us with its presence on the festive table.
