Ingredients

boneless and skinless chicken thighs 400 BC
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
chicken bouillon 200 ml.

chilli optional taste
peanut butter 1 tbsp. l.
roasted peanuts 50 g
brown sugar (regular 0 1 tbsp. l.
grated ginger 1 tsp
garlic 2 tooth.
coriander crush 1 tsp
cumin crush 1 tsp
sweet paprika (I have smoked) 1 tsp
cayenne pepper (hot) taste
soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
salt taste
curry 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Peanut chicken with vegetablesCut the chicken thighs into small pieces.
  • Peanut chicken with vegetablesPut coriander, cumin, curry, paprika, chili and a little salt in a bowl. Salt is optional. Pour in half the soy sauce.
