Gingerbread cake with bananas and sour cream (no baking)

Ingredients

gingerbread chocolate 300 g
bananas 2 pcs
sour cream 25% or more (not less than 20%) 350 g
powdered sugar 100-130 g
milk chocolate 50-60 g

Cooking method

Gingerbread, sour cream and banana cake is ready - it's very simple and very tasty!
Cut the gingerbread cookies lengthwise into 2 parts. If some pieces break, it's okay, they will also come in handy when assembling the cake.
Peel and cut the bananas into 0.5 cm thick circles.

Prepare the cream

Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and beat a little, until the powdered sugar is completely dissolved.

We collect the cake

Moisten each piece of gingerbread in cream.
Lay out the first layer of gingerbread in a circle. The spaces between the gingerbread cookies can be filled with small pieces of gingerbread as needed.
Grease this layer thickly with cream.
Put bananas on a layer of gingerbread.
Then repeat the gingerbread layer, grease it liberally with cream, and then the banana layer.
Repeat the layers, and form a cake in the shape of a slide (with small pieces of gingerbread you can fill in the voids and correct the shape of the cake).
Grease the resulting slide well on all sides with sour cream, and then pour melted chocolate on top (if the chocolate is too thick, you can add 1 tablespoon of milk, cream or a small piece of butter). Place the soaking cake in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
