Cooking method

  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseI kneaded the dough in HP. She poured warm milk into the bucket. Added vegetable oil, salt, sugar.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseSifted flour on top, poured dry yeast into the middle and mixed it with flour. Turned on the "Dough" mode. In my HP, it lasts 1 hour and 50 minutes.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseI waited for the dough to gather into a lump. Then she closed the lid and began to prepare the filling.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseCut the ham into small cubes.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseAdded Almette with cucumber and herbs.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseAdded frozen dill.
  • Yeast pie with ham and cottage cheeseShe mixed everything well and put it in the refrigerator.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseAfter the signal, I took out a well-matched dough. I put it on a dough support (I don't sprinkle it with flour, because the dough turns out to be very obedient and absolutely not sticky) and kneaded it well.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseFurther from the dough, I cut off about a quarter of the dough (I weigh 250 g on a scale) and put it aside (covered with a towel). I roll the remaining dough into a ball and with a silicone rolling pin, gradually from the middle to the edges, I roll out a 28 cm circle according to the size of my shape (I have it at the bottom 26 cm, at the top 28 cm).
  • Yeast pie with ham and cottage cheeseI transfer the dough into a greased mold with a long rolling pin. I form the sides.
  • Yeast pie with ham and cottage cheeseI spread the previously prepared filling.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseNow I roll out a deferred piece of dough with a diameter of 22 cm. I pass one half of the dough with the roller for the wire rack away from me. I stretch the resulting mesh. I cut off the extra piece of dough with scissors and put it aside.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseI put the resulting mesh, stretching it, onto the filling.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseI cut off the excess dough around the edges with scissors and add to the remaining dough.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseAfter that, I pinch the edges of the net and the sides of the pie. I cover with a towel and wait 15 minutes for the dough to come up.
  • Yeast pie with ham and cottage cheeseIn the meantime, form two buns from the remaining dough, grease with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseI grease the pie that has come up with a beaten egg, including the filling, so that it does not remain. I bake together with two rolls in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until a dry match. Take a look in your oven.
  • Yeast cake with ham and curd cheeseI take the finished cake out of the mold and cover it with a towel.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

I love this dough very much, the recipe of which was shared by the wonderful girl Elena. The dough is very pliable, requiring no flour when rolling it out. The pies are very soft, the dough does not dry out for a long time. It goes well with any fillings. Only for sweet pies I put 2 tbsp in the dough. l. Sahara.
With such a filling, I began to bake this pie after I tasted it in our "Pirogovy Yard" called "Snack". Several times I selected different similar ingredients, until, in the end, I received such a filling option.

Checkmark, as I understand it, you can stick pies with any filling from this dough, right?
Yes exactly. Very tasty are obtained with cabbage, with apples, with meat, and cheesecakes are generally awesome from this dough, provided that the dough is thinly rolled. You can bake sausages in this dough, in short, I only use this dough (I've tried so many recipes before, but this one (when I first cooked it with it) became my favorite and only one, now) and bake yeast pies with all kinds of fillings. I will only repeat that for sweet pies I add the amount of sugar to the dough.
