Konchalov-style potatoes in the oven

Ingredients

small potatoes 500 g
garlic 1 head
dry hot red pepper 1 tsp
butter 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 1/2 tbsp. l.
dried caviar 50 g
fresh chopped herbs 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cook the potatoes in a peel, peel, put in a baking dish.
