Chocolate crème brulee

Ingredients

yolks 2 pcs
cream 20% 200 g
sugar 35 g
chocolate 70-75% 70 g
vanilla essence 2 drops
sugar for caramelization 3 tsp

Cooking method

  • Chocolate crème bruleeBring the cream to a boil. Remove from heat, add chocolate pieces.
  • Chocolate crème bruleeStir until the mixture becomes homogeneous, cool.
  • Chocolate crème brulee
  • Chocolate crème bruleeGrind the yolks with sugar and vanilla.
  • Chocolate crème bruleeAdd the chocolate mixture to the yolks.
  • Chocolate crème bruleePour the mixture into portioned molds. Place them in a large baking dish, which is filled with boiling water so that it reaches half the height of the small molds.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 160C degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for two to three hours.
  • Chocolate crème bruleeBefore serving, sprinkle with sugar (preferably brown) and caramelize with a burner. Or put the molds in the oven for 2-3 minutes under a hot grill (to the highest level).

Instead of essence, you can use vanilla or vanilla sugar. Or you may not add anything at all, there will be a taste of pure chocolate. With a burner, of course, it is more convenient to caramelize sugar, but you can do without it. I can't find mine, my husband started playing.
