Homemade chicken on ketsi

Ingredients

chick 1 PC. or 1 kg approximately
pink himalayan salt 1 tsp
spices garam masala 1.5 tsp.
vegetable oil for greasing the chicken
Sauce
cream 20% 300 ml.
sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
garlic 1 head
utsho-suneli, dry greens

Cooking method

  • Homemade chicken on ketsiRub the chicken with a mixture of pink Himalayan salt and garam masala.
  • We send it to the refrigerator overnight.
  • Then we straighten the carcass, put it in a polyethylene bag and stretch it, as for chicken-tobacco. Lubricate with vegetable oil on all sides and set to bake.
  • While everything is baked, prepare the sauce. Pour the cream into the pan, add the crushed garlic and other spices to taste. Bring to a boil.
