Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg
Kefir 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil (I have sesame and camelina) 3 tbsp. l.
Granular mustard 3 tsp
Granulated garlic 1 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Additionally
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Potatoes baked in kefir-mustard marinadeRinse the potatoes well with a brush. Then dry, cut 800 g into slices and put in a deep bowl (I leave the remaining 200 g for later).
  • Potatoes baked in kefir-mustard marinadePour in kefir, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (it is better to take aromatic oil). Add mustard, salt, pepper and garlic (it was fresh in the original, but I deliberately replaced it with dried, so as not to burn when baking).

  • Potatoes baked in kefir-mustard marinadePour 1 tbsp into a baking dish. l. and spread with a brush along the bottom. I spread the potatoes in one layer and put them in a preheated oven. I bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then I turn on the grill and brown it for another 5 minutes. And you look in your oven and bake until a light brown crust appears.
  • Potatoes baked in kefir-mustard marinadeWhile the first batch is baking, I cut the remaining potatoes into the remaining marinade. I add a little salt, mix and leave until the first potato is baked. Then I also bake it.
