Ingredients

Puff pastry 400 g
Chicken fillet 500 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 1.5 pcs.
Salt pepper taste
Egg (C1) 1 PC.
Dill

Cooking method

  • Chicken cutlets in dough Spruce conesChicken fillet (I used chicken breast and boneless thigh without skin) and chop half of the onion in a meat grinder with a fine grid. If you will only be using chicken breast, add the egg to the minced meat. Cut the remaining onion into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and put it in the minced meat. Add breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and mix well.
