peeled rye flour 100 g
vegetable oil 100 ml
salt 1/3 tsp
boiling water 100 g
Filling:
green onion 150-200 g
canned tuna 200 g
vegetable oil for frying 1-2 tbsp. l
flax seeds (optional) 2 tsp

Cooking method
