sugar 150 grams

applesauce 200 grams

Cooking method

Then make mashed potatoes with a blender. If there is no micra, put the apples in a saucepan, add a little water and boil until soft. Then we also make mashed potatoes. We cool it down.
  • Grind the butter with sugar to white. We drive in eggs one by one and whisk a little.
  • Add 200 grams of puree, mix and gradually add flour with salt and baking powder. At the end, stir in the washed and dried raisins. Mix well.
  • Put in a mold and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. We take it out, put it on a wire rack and cool it. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when finished.
