Pork 350 g

Boiled protein 2 pcs.
Salt pepper taste
Milk 50 ml
Filling
Boiled yolk 2 pcs.
Processed cheese with mushrooms (in a jar) 150 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Green onion 1 bundle
Pickled cucumber 100 g
Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Boil eggs in advance, cool and peel. Cut the onions into small cubes, add the chopped white part of the green onions and fry in vegetable oil.
  • Meat baskets with cheese and vegetable fillingGrind the meat in a meat grinder, add proteins grated on a coarse grater, bread crumbs, milk, raw egg, salt and pepper to taste.

I put it in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until tender. A clear juice should appear on the sides. Take a look in your oven.

Once upon a time, in another fit of laziness to sculpt zrazy, I decided to make it easier for myself and made meat baskets. The idea stuck. I cook chicken and fish in the same way, changing the fillings as desired and the availability of products.
