  • We carry out the necessary simple steps:
  • melt the butter, chop the nuts, not very finely. Combine flour with vanilla, baking powder and zest.
  • Beat eggs with sugar until it dissolves. Continuing to beat, add melted butter, sour cream, liquid honey (be sure to melt solid honey).
  • Gradually add flour, add cocoa, nuts and all the spices. We knead the dough - it turns out quite thick.
  • That's all!
  • And then baking:
  • put oiled baking paper on a high baking sheet (3 to 5 cm) and spread the dough on it. In the baking process, the gingerbread rises well.
  • Spicy honey gingerbread with nuts We bake in an oven heated to 160 * C for about 50 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer. Cool the gingerbread (it will settle slightly), sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into pieces.
