Ingredients

butter 50 grams
cream 10% 90 ml
light brown sugar 75 gram
freshly minced orange peel 1 tablespoon
Orange juice 1 tablespoon
premium wheat flour 50 grams
almond petals 50 grams
mixed candied fruits 75 gram
dried cherries 50 grams
dried pineapple 30-40 grams
dark chocolate 100g

Cooking method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Put butter, sugar, zest in a saucepan, pour in cream and orange juice.
  • While stirring, heat over medium heat until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
  • Add flour, almonds, candied fruits, cherries and pineapple. Mix. Let cool slightly.
