Cooking method

Do not pour out the liquid, but add the peel and seed pods of quince, as well as fruits if desired (this time I added apples and gooseberries, plus more water and sugar) and cook the compote.
  • Curd dough pie with quinceAnd while the quince is boiling, we make the dough. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until they increase in volume and fluffy foam.
  • Curd dough pie with quinceAdd vegetable oil, salt and beat again, but not for long.
  • Curd dough pie with quinceAdd cottage cheese and grind it with a mass until smooth.
  • Curd dough pie with quincePour the flour mixed with baking powder and mix with a silicone spatula until smooth. In terms of density, it should look like a cupcake.
