I baked the cake in a pizza maker, cut it into 4 pieces, it turned out not of the correct shape, but for tea, for the house it came off great, but 4 layers turned out. I added nuts and vanilla to the dough.
The cream was brewed from oranges, tangerines and pineapple juice, + vanilla. First, I whipped it with the addition of coconut oil (I have it for confectionery, with sugar), missed 2 layers, then whipped a banana separately and whipped everything together, then added cranberries, tinted.
I didn't like the layer with the banana, but the men said it was delicious. It is better with cranberries, there is a slightly sour note.
