Ingredients

Dough:
dry yeast 3 g
wheat flour c. from. 250 g
milk 120 g
egg 30 g
sugar 35 g
salt 4 g
butter 30 g
vegetable oil 10 g
Filling:
ricotta 170 g
sugar 20 g
corn starch 10 g
egg 30 g
jam 75 g
Streusel:
wheat flour c. from. 20 g
sugar 20 g
butter 10 g
Additionally:
yolk 1 PC
milk a few drops

Cooking method

  • Butter roll with ricotta and jamMix yeast with flour (1 tbsp. L leave). Add salt, sugar, milk and egg. Knead for 8-9 minutes. Add softened butter, vegetable oil, and remaining flour. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
  • Butter roll with ricotta and jamLeave to ferment at room temperature for an hour and a half. In the middle of fermentation, knead the dough once.
  • Butter roll with ricotta and jamDivide the dough into six equal portions. Knead each part or roll it into a flat cake 4-5 mm thick. Cut out a circle, grease the edges with water. Make the "eight" out of the rest.
