Marina, what an interesting recipe! 🖒 Only the baking time is confusing. The liver was already pre-fried for 5 minutes, then baked for 5 minutes and another 45 minutes for chicken liver seems to me a lot. Was the cupcake dry?

Svetlana, Thank you. Do not be confused by the time - there are a lot of eggs in the baking mixture and it has a fairly liquid consistency. But determine the baking time by your own oven.
It seems to me that the photo shows that the cake is not dry. Still, it's a cake, not a paste.
Try baking for 30 minutes, but I didn't risk it and did everything as in the original recipe.
