Chicken stewed with olives and capers

Ingredients

chicken (drumstick or thigh) 1.1-1.2 kg
olives 10 pieces
capers 1 tbsp. l
garlic 3-4 cloves
thyme (leaves) 2-3 twigs
lemongrass 2
dry white wine 150-200 ml
olive oil 2 tbsp. l
salt taste
mixture of 5 peppers, freshly ground taste
fresh parsley for serving

Cooking method

  • Chicken stewed with olives and capers
    Wash the chicken, dry it with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a baking dish.

    Chop the olives. Finely chop the capers. Tear off the leaves from the thyme sprigs. Cut a couple of lemongrass "leaves" into several pieces.

These were thighs without skin and overexposed under the grill, it turned out "with a smoke". And there was no lemongrass, sprinkled with lemon juice for flavor.
