Here is the second version of the jellied cabbage pie. It turns out to be more humid than option # 1. As a filler, I usually add bacon or finely chopped boiled sausage to the cabbage (sausage sausage), you can cheese (better than smoked) - up to 150g. My husband loves it when I add black pepper or dry garlic for flavor. By the way, these jellied pies can be baked in small silicone molds as muffins in portions.
