Fast biscuit roll (simplified technology for the Redmond multibaker)

Ingredients

Egg 2 pcs.
Sugar 80 g
Flour 45 g
Vanillin optional
Impregnation syrup see recipe
Cream see recipe

Cooking method

  • This is not a recipe, this is a description of an extremely simplified technology for making a quick sponge roll in a Redmond multi-baker.
  • 1. Beat the eggs with sugar until some lightening and some increase in volume (1.5-3 minutes depending on the mixer).
  • Fast biscuit roll (simplified technology for the Redmond multibaker)
  • 2. Lubricate the bottom panel with butter and turn on the MP. We are very spoiled by the multi-baker - we are used to the fact that nothing sticks to the panels. But biscuit dough is an exception. I have simplified the technology, but at least some hint of a "dance" around it needs to be created! Otherwise he will be offended! The gluing shows that the dough is stuck to the right side of the non-oiled panel.

  • 3. Add flour and vanillin to the egg mixture, mix (I use a mixer at low speed).
  • 4. Pour the dough into a preheated MP (RAMB-116 panel pizza), more or less level and close the device. After 2 'the device is turned off, the panel with the biscuit is taken out of the MP.
  • All!

  • The biscuit is baked, but the top, not in contact with the top panel, is naturally white. When folding, it should be inside the roll.
  • The further scenario depends on your imagination, the level of culinary skills and the availability of time.
  • Minus one level (my first roll, see note) - if you're really going to eat your new roll within the next 5 minutes. It can only be justified by the most severe necessity.
  • Lubricate the biscuit right on the panel the first one that caught my eye available creamy substance (I had boiled condensed milk). We roll up, cut and quickly, imperceptibly (so as not to compromise ourselves) we eat. For edible. But not more. A set of products, not a single whole.

  • Level "zero". Dictated by time trouble, but still you have half an hour or an hour in reserve. We saturate the biscuit with the simplest syrup.
  • Syrup:
  • A) 2 tsp. pour sugar in 1/3 cup boiling water (about 70 g);
  • B) 2 tsp. syrup (jam), pour 1/3 cup boiling water (about 70 g).
  • I watered with a teaspoon, the masters use sponges.
  • We spread the cream. I laid out the blackcurrant jam first, trying to use mainly berries. Then I poured sour cream whipped with sugar (150 g of 20% sour cream + 35 g of sugar was enough for me for one roll).

  • We fold and put away in the cold for the time we have.

  • I say right away - half an hour is not enough. The roll does not even really cool down during this time. And, of course, this time is completely insufficient for the normal saturation of the biscuit. But this is already better than a "set of products" with a minus of the first level.
  • The level is normal. We think in advance and prepare the impregnation syrup and cream. We saturate the warm biscuit with syrup right on the socket, apply the cream, fold it and remove it "overnight". After the allotted time, we enjoy.

  • Life hacks
  • 1. If you need a larger roll, you can do this. Bake the first biscuit, transfer to the work surface. Transfer as follows: remove the panel with the biscuit from the MP. Put a board on top, turn this "sandwich" over. The biscuit will be on the board, and the panel will be on top.
  • We remove the panel, re-lubricate it with oil (if necessary, pre-wash it), heat the MP. Pour out the dough and bake the second biscuit layer. During this time, turn the first layer with the white side up and soak it with syrup.
  • Remove the second biscuit with a board and lay it out next to the first layer with an overlap (about 1 cm). Saturate with syrup. Lubricate both layers with cream, roll up.

  • I used sugar syrup to impregnate this roll. Cream - whisk 150 g of sour cream with 150 g of condensed milk. Top - the remains of the cream and coconut sprinkle.
  • Perhaps, using this principle, you can make a roll in MP 6 (RAMB-16 panel pizza). 1 tab per panel pizza for MP6 using this technology, a portion of dough from one egg is required.
  • 2. I rolled the roll with my hands, but if I put the biscuits on a silicone mat, it will be easier to roll the roll with it.
  • 3. Biscuit layers can be folded not with wide sides, but with narrow ones. Then the roll will be thicker (and shorter).
  • 4. If you have time, you can beat eggs up to 15 ', as is recommended when baking normal, rather than early maturing rolls. In this case, lubricate the top panel with oil as a safety net. It is possible that the dough will be able to reach her! Or prepare a batch of dough for one bookmark from 1 egg.
  • 5. Even on minus the first level the situation can, nevertheless, be slightly improved by soaking the biscuit with syrup. In my opinion, if you do it not with sugar syrup, but with sweet-sour (for example, dilute jam syrup with water), it will be slightly tastier. But do not harbor illusions - this will not fundamentally change the situation!
  • 6. I see no contraindications for baking biscuits in the RAMB-03 / RAMB-103 panels grill.

Note

I confess that this technology was born out of stupidity and laziness, multiplied by high inertia.
Stupidity was that having discovered on Sunday morning the absence of anything for tea, I decided to bake a charlotte. But the children washed their hands, the husband poured semolina, the sandwiches had to spend a couple of minutes in the multi-pot. Therefore, the apples in the charlotte had to be abandoned. Knowing exactly what for the panel pizza in MP7 the charlotte should be made of 2 eggs, I did not realize that in the absence of apples, more eggs need to be taken in order to take up the "apple volume".
I realized that I was stupid, I only when I went to the multi-baker with the dough ready. Then came into play inertia... While the brain was calculating the options "what to do" at extreme speed, sweeping them aside one by one,

still, peel the apples (not an option!); add 2 more eggs, sugar and flour right here (some kind of nonsense!); replace the top panel "pizza" with "thin waffles" (ahhh, I have it for the 7th baker nouuu ...)

hands by inertia began to pour the dough into the socket. Nnuu ... nothing needs to be done ...
Initially, I intended to cut the baked "cake" into squares, coat with condensed milk and mold. When I started pulling out the biscuit the way I usually do with pies, it turned out that this trick will not work! Right here laziness and spoke: why, they say, take it out, then cut it, smear it, glue it, if you can smear it right here, roll it up and pull it out ?! I did not resist, and for the first time in my life from under my hand - unexpectedly and, by and large, by accident - a biscuit roll came out. Which was immediately sliced warm and eaten within a few minutes. Thus having corrected all conceivable rules of not only cooking, but serving and eating biscuit rolls!
Rolls baked using this technology:
Sponge cake roll with onion and egg (Completion);
Snack roll with red salted fish and cream cheese (eta-007).

Yes, about mine! Remember, we did it in one day, without saying a word, only you had it with condensed milk, and mine with jam! Then you brought it to perfection, like all the recipes, and I, as always, meekly sit in the bushes and wait for sweets in grams. on a platter!

😂🤣😅 Svetik, I baked it on October 22, in the morning in my DR. It marked, so to speak, the date with the first biscuit roll in my life. Simply, as always, there was no time to issue a recipe, and therefore lay in the stash for over a month!
Well I warned you to smear the panels before you baked the roll. When you sprinkled a nordic burger socket under the biscuit cakes! I already knew!

Accomplishment, Vooot, everything must be done on time! The one who showed it first, that and the slippers, otherwise I will lie to you that I baked it last year, when there was no trace of even greater MP. Expose immediately! Like some
