Cooking method

  • First of all, you need to prepare the sesame seeds - lightly brown the seeds in a dry frying pan, shaking occasionally for even roasting. Keep until golden brown and pleasant aroma. You can also ignite in the microwave.
  • Use a blender to punch sesame seeds in a tall glass, adding vegetable oil. Beat until smooth, resembling sauce.

All my oil is sunflower.
The dough turned out thinner than in the photo in the recipe.
It would be enough for 24 standard cupcakes, but I wanted small ones and launched them first in baking, and we got tender babies.
While they were baking, the dough thickened and the second batch (standard) was baked no longer so tender and fluffy.
