Salt 0.5 teaspoon
Milk 250 ml
Butter (do not put in the dough !!! this is for lubrication when cutting the dough) 65 g
Fresh yeast 20 g

Cooking method

  • All foods should be at room temperature.
  • Grind yeast with 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of flour and 50 g of milk.
  • Let the mixture come up in a warm place. Stir eggs, add salt, milk, sugar, sunflower oil. Gradually add flour, lemon juice and revived yeast.
  • Knead the dough, adding flour until it comes off your hands. Leave to rise in a warm place (about 1 hour).
  • I revived the yeast, then put all the products in the bread maker and put them on the Dough mode.
