Ginger Mackerel Curry

Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Mackerel is an extremely healthy fish. And we will cook it according to oriental motives - in a marinade of ginger root and curry powder.
  • Gut the fish, cut off the fins and tail, peel the ginger root.
  • Ginger Mackerel Curry Combine finely grated ginger root with curry powder.
  • Cooking the marinade: rub 2 tbsp. l. ginger, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, salt and add the curry.
  • Ginger Mackerel Curry We make diagonal cuts on the fish and rub the fish outside and inside with the prepared marinade. Leave the fish to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • While the fish is marinating, you can prepare a side dish. For example, oriental-style rice with ginger, curry and red onions.
