Fresh basil 2 pcs.
White bread 150 g
Cheese 50 g
A mixture of olive and vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

Wonderful casserole, sorry I don't know the author, but thank you from the bottom of my heart. It contains everything that our family loves - zucchini, which go well with sour cream and garlic, tomatoes with basil. And all this deliciousness in cheese and bread juicy crumbs.
I tried to add to the crumbs separately - ordinary vegetable oil and olive oil. We have come to the conclusion that it is the mixture of these two oils that gives them their special taste.
