Ingredients

dry yeast 3 g

sugar 40 g
wheat flour c. from. 40 g
butter 20 g
Glaze:
instant coffee 1/2 tsp
boiling water 2 tsp
powdered sugar 4.5-5 Art. l
Additionally:
egg 20 g

Cooking method
