Ingredients

buckwheat flour 50 grams
wheat flour, premium or 1 grade 200 grams
odorless vegetable oil 70 ml
warm water 100 ml
sugar / stevioside 50 grams / 1 coffee spoon

Cooking method

  • Pour oil into the water.
  • Mix both flours, salt, add sugar or stevioside.
  • Gradually add flour mixture to water and oil. Stir until the dough is like plasticine. If it crumbles, add another 10 ml of water. Do not heat the water much, otherwise it will smell like buckwheat porridge.
  • Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out into a circle with a diameter of about 25 cm and a thickness of 2-3 mm.
  • Peel the pears, cut into thin slices.
  • Finely chop the prunes. If dry, soak for 15 minutes in cold water.
  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  • Put pear slices in a circle on a layer of dough. Sprinkle on top first with prunes, then chocolate.

  • Make two such layers.
  • Sprinkle the top with almond petals.
  • Fold the edges up and make tucks.
  • Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Willingness to test with a stick. Do not fry the petals !!!
