Ingredients

Whole chicken 1 PC
Vegetable oil for frying
Flour 30 g
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Green onion 4-5 stems
Dry white wine 300 ml
Garlic 4-5 teeth
Chopped celery leaves 1 tbsp
Dry thyme 1/4 h l
Chopped parsley 4 tbsp
Salt, black pepper taste

Recipe variation of the Argentinean dish POLLO AL VERDEO. Only in the original, the chicken is stewed on the stove. I decided that it would turn out no worse if I put it out in the oven.
It turned out, and really, very tasty! Soft, juicy, aromatic!
