Galette with strawberries and ricotta

Ingredients

wheat flour / grade 150 g
butter 115 g
ricotta (I have homemade) 100 g
strawberries (I have frozen)
water 2 tbsp. l.
vanilla taste
salt pinch
powdered sugar taste

Cooking method
