loaf (white bread) 50 gr.
milk 50 ml.
butter 40-50 gr.
salt pepper taste
loaf (white bread) for breading 100 g
egg 1 PC.
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Polessian schnitzelWe pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder. Add a loaf soaked in milk, mix and pass it through a meat grinder again (I'm too lazy to wash a meat grinder, grind everything with a grinder), add salt and black pepper here

  • Polessian schnitzel Cut the butter into thin rectangles and place it on the minced chicken tortilla
