  • Peel the washed celery root, cut into 1 cm thick plates, and then into 1 cm cubes. Bring almost to readiness in a way convenient for you - boil in water or steam, in the microwave or fry. I boil in the Steba pressure cooker on Vegetables for 10 minutes.

I cut the celery root all at once into cubes and boil. Then I take the required amount and bake it. I freeze the rest and take it out of the freezer as needed. I cook it without defrosting it and immediately put it in hot sauce. I increase the baking time by 5 minutes.
