It would seem that it is made from simple familiar ingredients, but it turned out to be such a bright, tasty and satisfying - real Russian food. I just want to serve this dish, as in ancient times - in a large frying pan, so that for the whole large family.
  • Cut the chicken, boiled in advance, into large pieces. Fry the chopped mushrooms in half the butter.

The trepang meat has a dense consistency, it is transparent and resembles the boiled cartilage of sturgeon fish.
Trepang meat can be used to prepare a variety of cold snacks: salads, caviar, trepangs with mayonnaise. Solyanka with trepangs, pilaf, trepangs with vegetables, cutlets, potato zrazy, and casseroles with trepangs are pleasant to the taste. Dishes with trepang go well with spicy sauces: cucumber, onion, tomato.
You can make delicious minced meat from trepangs for pies or pancakes.
Trepangs are on sale in dried form. Before use, dried sea cucumbers are washed in warm water until the coal powder used for drying is washed off, then the sea cucumbers are poured with cold water and kept in it for tissue swelling for 24-30 hours, changing the water 2-3 times. After that, trepangs are cut along the abdomen, cleaned from the remnants of the viscera and boiled for 2-3 hours. When the trepang meat becomes soft, various delicious dishes are prepared from it.
