Ingredients

Pork (pulp) or lard with a meat layer 150 gr.
peeled potatoes 300 gr.
bulb onions 2 pcs.
curdled milk 70 ml.
dill (parsley), chopped 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste
coriander, peppercorns 2-3 pcs.
dried greens pinch

Cooking method

  • SkrilkiCut the potatoes into slices, the meat into small slices, the onion into small cubes
  • SkrilkiWe spread the potatoes, meat and onions in a pot in layers, add salt and spices and fill in with yogurt (I diluted a little with water, since the yogurt was very dense
  • SkrilkiWe send our pot to the oven, preheated to 200 C for 45-60 minutes. Serve sprinkled with herbs, with black bread and pickles
